Custom Design Policy
Custom tattoo designs are created exclusively for the buyer and will not be resold or reused for other clients. The buyer receives exclusive personal tattoo-use rights for the commissioned design. The artist retains full copyright and portfolio rights to display the artwork for promotional purposes,
including: Social media, Portfolio display, Website galleries, Marketing and promotional content.
Pre-Drawn Flash Designs
Pre-drawn flash designs are repeatable designs and may be purchased by multiple clients unless otherwise stated. These designs are non-exclusive.
Usage Terms
Purchased artwork is for personal tattoo use only. The artwork may not be:
Resold, Redistributed, Traced for resale, Used commercially, Claimed as original artwork by another party, Used for AI training, reproduction, or machine-learning datasets without written permission
Your tattoo artist may make minor adjustments to the design for placement, sizing, and tattoo application. Major alterations or redraws of the artwork are not permitted without permission from the artist.

Final tattoo quality and healed results depend on the tattoo artist’s application, placement, and aftercare.
